The Model
The Operating Model
§ 01 / The Field
Dijital Shift is not an industry specialist. It is a friction specialist. The same architectural method applies wherever a gap repeats: faith, finance, health, education, media, commerce, governance, community. The setting changes; the work does not.
A system is drawn wherever a friction can be named, an end-state can be defined, and a structure can be designed to close the distance. The industry matters less than the gap.
§ 02 / The Signal
The model is inbound. There is no outbound chase, no referral pipeline, no lead list. The systems do the talking. The right people — the ones already looking for a better arrangement — find their way to the work.
That is the only funnel that matters.
§ 03 / The Door
Most who encounter the work fall into one of three postures.
Observers see the value of systems and wait for what ships next. They are the intended audience.
Collaborators arrive before a product or business has been formed, carrying a concept that still needs architecture. Those arrangements require shared ownership or revenue participation; paid work-for-hire is not offered.
Backers resource a system that is already shipping. They do not buy services; they participate in something that has already taken shape.
No door is propped open. Each one opens when the work is ready, and the opportunity is announced here.
Fix what others learned to live with.
